Prime potholing inside the beautiful Srnica cave near the village of Pluzna. With an idyllic start at the source of the Glijun creek we walk for about 20 minutes until our trail ends. We climb to a hidden entrance and crawl our way inside. Soon we can walk again. A few times we have to squeeze our way through. All difficult passages are short and you can enjoy the security of our ropes. It takes effort to keep your feet dry in this labyrinth. The fossilized hearts are true…you will fall in love with the cheese cave. After an hour inside we see light again. From the upper entrance we can now soak up serene mountain landscape. Our last challenge is to get back down by rope.
